I had so much fun at this year’s Good Food & Wine Show in Cape Town (and I’ll also be cooking at the Jozi one in July) – Here are a few snippets and snapshots from the weekend, (including a few of your Masterchef Aussie favourites).

I cooked at the main theatre, as well as the Eat Well theatre, these Chicken Satay Rice Paper Rolls were in the line up, along with my Grilled Honey Soy Trout with Lime Dressing, and also my favourite gluten and refined-sugar free Dark Chocolate and Caramel Tart (and a few other’s). In the Eat Well theatre we were graciously hosted by fitness guru Candice Bodington. I did an interview with her recently, and she shared the recipe for her delicious Chocolate Chia Energy Balls, take a look!
