Willow Creek Olive Oil

People often ask me what I couldn’t live without in my kitchen, and good quality Olive Oil is always near the top of the list. It adds golden richness to simple salad dressings, it’s essential for everything from adding in to an epic Mozambican Peri-Peri sauce, to searing off a steak to drizzling over perfectly pink prawns and nearly everything in between, and so I am very proud to welcome Willow Creek to the #SarahFoodSafari team.
