Mango, Mint and Basil Lassi

 
 

Ingredients

Cooks in:        Serves:4

  • 1 cup coconut water, coconut milk or water
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 cups cubed mango (about 2 mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp honey or coconut sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup ice cubes

What to do

Blend everything together until smooth and frothy. Adjust for sweetness.
