Moringa Smoothie

 
 

Ingredients

Cooks in:        Serves:1

  • 2-4 leaves of any spinach variant
  • 1 banana (peeled, cut and frozen)
  • 1 medium apple (cored and diced)
  • 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp moringa leaf powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (optional)

What to do

1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a large cup and enjoy!
