Mango, Mint and Basil Lassi
Ingredients
Cooks in: Serves:4
- 1 cup coconut water, coconut milk or water
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2 cups cubed mango (about 2 mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp honey or coconut sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup ice cubes
What to do
