And then we were three…

I’ve been stomach-lurchingly suspended in that limbo of not knowing where to start my next blog post for about 6 weeks now. I suppose I should give in to the old adage that the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Though in this case it would be more like a giant leap into an abyss, with thundering swirling waters rising up to meet you… Ok fine, we know I have a penchant for the dramatic. Some would just call it having a baby and move swiftly on. I, however, am clearly struggling with how to encapsulate something that is all-encompassing, excruciatingly wonderful and breathtakingly beautiful all at the same time. In short, the arrival of our precious Sophie Grace on the 20th June has been the most profound experience of our lives to date. Everything now seems three dimensional. Life has an emphatic full stop. And yet, it is all just beginning.

Without further ado, here she is, the little apple of our eye.
