Back in the kitchen with Le Creuset and Silwood
I loved being back at Silwood Kitchens in Cape Town last week doing another demonstration with my Le Creuset friends. Silwood is one of the most respected cookery schools in the country (and the world, really) and it’s always an honour to cook there. My last visit was a year ago, so it was lovely to re-connect with Cape Town food friends.
I made a speedy Thai Curry with Chicken Dumplings; Fiery Lamb Koftas with Hummus and easy Flatbreads, and a Pear Tarte Tatin with Salted Caramel for dessert. The full recipes are over on the Le Creuset blog along with more snippets and snapshots from the morning.
I have more events with Le Creuset lined up over the next few months, so if you aren’t already on their mailing list, get signed up so that we can meet and cook together soon!
