Hey friends

I am beyond excited to be heading down to Cape Town tomorrow for a few very important dates.

Firstly, tomorrow night we’re having a launch party for the TV show, with all kinds of glam going ons and fab food. Then on Thursday I head over to the Good Food & Wine Show until Sunday and cook up a storm (hopefully in a good way) for the wonderful people at Sea Harvest, and also in the (totally daunting, massively exciting and possibly terrifying) Woolworths Real Food Theatre.
