So, if you live under the bright lights of a big city, that probably means that you’re harried and hurried and don’t always have time to get a decent dinner on the table? Did you meet UCOOK yet? They source beautiful, sustainable ingredients and deliver a snazzy box of pre-prepared goodies to your door, along with clever recipe cards, and all you have to do is throw everything in a pot or pan and EAT. And breathe a giant sigh of relief.

Of course, I don’t advocate for these kinds of instant dinners all the time, sometimes we need to feel the process and pleasure of cooking, I think it’s endlessly good for us.
