Our September Women’s Wellness Brunch

Hey Friends!

Our third Women’s Wellness Event that we hosted in Bryanston on 22th September was such a special day! I hosted the event alongside my amazing nutritionist and wellness expert friend Jeanne van Zyl and we curated a morning that we hope will cultivate a lifestyle that promotes balance and inside-out beauty. We also shared quick tips and tricks on healthy eating that is actually attainable, as well as goodie bags packed full of goodness to help everyone on their way 🙂

Once again, we were overwhelmed by the response and the support with over 70 ladies attending, and it was such a happy, inspiring, insightful morning – thank you again so much to all of those who joined us, and to our amazing partners – we couldn’t have done it without you.

Here’s a little more on each of our partners, who are all passionate about quality products that make living a healthy, happy life that much simpler.

Nature’s Choice
Nature’s Choice is dedicated to supporting people in their journey to optimum wellness, through lifestyle education initiatives and the widespread distribution of superior, natural, wholesome, organic and bio‑friendly foods that are full of goodness.

Jeanne and I were over the moon to be dressed by one of South Africa’s favourite activewear brands for the event, and we both love and support what Lorna Jane stands for. Faithful to Nature
Faithful to Nature is my favourite place for all my healthy online shopping, and I was so excited that they agreed to partner with us this time around. They are a different kind of retail business. For starters they have a big heart – they really care about you and our precious Earth, they sell natural and organic products, and while they are not a serious corporate type of company – they are very serious about the types of products they sell and have checked every single product to be sure that it really is as green and as safe as its manufacturers claim it is. Triple Orange
I really wanted a ‘healthy home’ partner on board for our event, and we were delighted when Triple Orange joined the party. They are a favourite in my own home, and manufacture excellent home cleaning products (laundry gel, all purpose cleaner and dishwasher gel) that are all completely natural, biodegradable and non-toxic.

Naartjie and Earthchild
Because we had so many lovely Mama’s joining us, we invited two South African kiddies favourites to join in the fun too, and we can’t thank Naartjie and Earthchild enough for their support and generous give-aways of two R1,000 vouchers. There are going to be some very happy, well-dressed kiddies out there this week!

Buchulife
