We’re about to go Blogging Mad at the Open Book Festival in Cape Town

Hear that? It’s a swarm of butterflies. They’re in my tummy. Why?

Because I’m super duper excited a) to be heading to Cape Town soon (the weekend of our much-loved National Braai Day in fact) b) to be cooking with Jade de Waal, she of MasterchefSA fame. And there’s a c) and it’s to be witness to the genius that will be Food Blogger extraordinaire, and recently published cook book author Jane-Anne Hobbs and show-cook and accomplished chef and cookbook author Sonia Cabano, going head to head in a panel discussion with Abigail Donnelly, MasterchefSA guest judge, TASTE Magazine food editor and South Africa’s veritable cooking queen bee.
