Rainbow-Rippled Meringues from the New Food and Home App

Like I said yesterday in my post about the happy-making Hummingbird Cake, I was delighted when the team at Food & Home Entertaining Magazine asked me to test a couple of the recipes from their exciting new baking app. They’ve collaborated on the project with Le Creuset, so we were also given a beautiful batter bowl and spatula to help us out, as well as a SPAR voucher for buying all the ingredients. So after tackling the Hummingbird Cake, next in line were these cute little Rainbow-Rippled Meringues.

Effortlessly easy, (and super fun to make with your kids for any Easter Feasting you may have coming up this weekend,) pretty as a picture, and of course sandwiched together with gorgeously glossy dark chocolate ganache, they’re definitely worth a whirl.
