Creamy Green Pasta Bows
Ingredients
Cooks in: Serves:4
- 1/2 cup courgette, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup broccoli, roughly chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp milk of your choice
- 2 Tbsp basil pesto
- 4 cups cooked farfalle pasta
- 2-3 Tbsp pecorino, finely grated
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
What to do
1. Blitz together 1 cup each of chopped cooked courgettes and broccoli with a dash of milk. 2. Mix through 2 TBSP of your fave pesto. 3. Toss through cooked farfalle, season and serve with lots of finely grated pecorino and a drizzle of olive oil Photo Credit @Curtis Gallon
