Falooda (Rose Water, Falooda and Milk Drink)

Ingredients

Cooks in:        Serves:4

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 3 Tbsp rosewater syrup, or to taste
  • 1 tsp Subja (Falooda) seeds

What to do

1. Soak subja (falooda) seeds in water for a few minutes until swollen

2. Mix in with milk and rosewater syrup and serve

Notes
You can also spoon in a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra creaminess and for a more chilled result.
