Kiddie-Friendly Mojitos



Cooks in:        Serves:4

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 cup of freshly chopped sugar cane
  • 500ml Valpré Sparkling water
  • Lots of ice
  • Extra fresh mint and lime wedges, to serve
  • *Freeze ice cubes with mint in them for extra effect if you like

What to do

1. To a blender add the chopped sugar cane, mint, lime juice and sparkling water. Pour through a sieve to strain out any sugarcane pulp and serve in glasses with mint ice cubes.
