Strawberry and Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients
Cooks in: Serves:4 - 6
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 cup fresh rocket, roughly chopped
- Handful fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
- 1.5 cups roughly chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecan nuts, toasted in a dry pan until golden
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola chees
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
What to do
1. Gently toss the salad ingredients together in a serving bowl. 2. Just before serving, drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
