Strawberry and Gorgonzola Salad


Episode 4 – Tasting dinner with Allister Kreft

Courgette, Feta and Mint Tart

Cooks in:        Serves:4 - 6

  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup fresh rocket, roughly chopped
  • Handful fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1.5 cups roughly chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecan nuts, toasted in a dry pan until golden
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola chees
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

What to do

1. Gently toss the salad ingredients together in a serving bowl.

2. Just before serving, drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
