Whiskey, Lime and Mint Popsicles



Cooks in:        Serves:4

  • ¼ cup honey (or more to taste)
  • 100ml lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 50ml whiskey
  • 250ml soda water

What to do

1. Heat the honey and lime juice in a small pot over low-medium heat until the honey has dissolved into the lime juice. Adjust to taste by adding extra honey if you prefer.

2. Mix all the ingredients together, adjust to taste again, and pour into popsicle moulds. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
