5 minute Hummus

 

Hey friends! If you’ve ever spent any time browsing my Insta stories, you might have come across our sweet Isla and some of our ‘trickier’ moments at dinner time 🙂 Well, you’ll be pleased to know that this 5 minute Hummus is one of her favourites, and because Sophie and Emily love it too that means I make it OFTEN. It’s totally fuss-free to throw together (especially with our snazzy Baby Bullet) and it’s also full of plant-based goodness and keeps for up to a week in the fridge. Make some soon! X

 

Ingredients

Cooks in:        Serves:4

  • 1 x 400 g can chickpeas, drained
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • Pinch salt

What to do

1. Add all ingredients to Babybullet and blitz until you have a smooth consistency.

2. To loosen, add more olive oil or lemon juice. Taste and adjust flavour as preferred.
