Açai Bowl
Ingredients
Cooks in: Serves:2
- 2-3 Tbsp yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
- 1 Tbsp pea or hemp protein power
- 1 small beetroot, peeled
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp Açai berry powder
- 1 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup water
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Coconut shavings
- Chia seeds
What to do
