Açai Bowl

 
 

Ingredients

Cooks in:        Serves:2

  • ⁠2-3 Tbsp yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)⁠
  • 1 Tbsp pea or hemp protein power
  • 1 small beetroot, peeled⁠
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries⁠
  • 1 Tbsp Açai berry powder⁠ ⁠
  • 1 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint
  • 1 cup water
Optional Toppings
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Coconut shavings
  • Chia seeds

What to do

Add all ingredients to your blender, blitz, add toppings and enjoy! ⁠
