Smoked Trout Omelette



Cooks in:        Serves:1-2

  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper to tast
  • 100g smoked trout, rolled and cut into slithers
  • 50g feta

What to do

1. Warm a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs, milk and salt and pepper in a bowl.

2. Pour egg mixture into the pan. You want a gentle golden crust on the underside of the omelette.

3. Add your toppings to the one side and fold over with the other.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
