Hey friends!

If you’ve been following my Instagram for a while, you might already know that I can’t live without my morning Oats – loaded with lots of mixed seeds, raisins, a little swirl of peanut butter, and lots of chopped crunchy red apple. Come Summer or Winter, Oats is my favourite way to start the day.

And along with oats, there’s a range of other goodness-loaded whole grains, nuts and seeds that we throw into speedy-supper Bounty Bowls, smoothies and all kinds of other delicious things throughout the week as well.
