Nourishing Wholegrain Breakfast Bowls
Hello friends! A new week means a new opportunity to eat delicious, wholesome food; and these nourishing Wholegrain Breakfast Bowls are packed full of goodness, and will give you such a happy start to the day.

Ingredients
Cooks in: Serves:2
- ½ cup Nature’s Choice quinoa
- ½ cup Nature’s Choice rolled oats
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 1 tsp Nature’s Choice almond or peanut butter
- 1 level tsp Nature’s Choice ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Nature's Choice pea or rice protein powder (optional)
- Additional nut butter + mixed seeds + toasted nuts or Nature’s Choice granola of your choice + maple syrup + fresh berries
What to do
1. Add the porridge ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat, along with 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the grains are tender.
2. Just before serving, stir through the protein powder (if using) and then serve topped with an extra swirl of nut butter, and other garnishes as suggested above.
